Superintendents

We currently have an opening for one (and possibly two) experienced Residential Project Superintendents. Our superintendents are responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of our projects from start to finish, whether they be new construction or renovations. Successful candidates must be well versed in the means and methods of construction, be highly skilled in interpreting A/E drawings, and demonstrate the leadership skills required to deliver a high-quality project. Given that the majority of our work involves the construction of complex, highly designed, contemporary architecture, prior experience with projects of that type is a definite plus.

Our projects can require a mix of hands-on carpentry coupled with supervising trades on smaller projects or 100% supervision overseeing larger or multiple projects at once. Our work is challenging and exciting.

Carpenters

We are always interested in talking with highly skilled and ambitious carpenters about the possibility of joining our team and helping us with our completely booked schedule. Candidates should be comfortable working on job sites where details matter, and quality is the most important consideration. Our carpenters work on both rough and finish tasks that range from basic rough carpentry to the installation of complicated door systems or elaborate millwork.   We offer a generous compensation package that includes:
