Our client was the first owner of a newly-built loft condominium in Adams Morgan.

While the condominium has soaring ceilings and fantastic access to the nightlife of Adams Morgan and Dupont Circle, it lacked any sense of warmth or a coherent design. Robert Cole and Sophie Prévost of ColePrevost developed a program that used a varied palette of materials, assembled with very precise alignments and a high degree of intentionality. The result is a space that is both visually engaging and hypnotically peaceful.
