We undertook a gut renovation of a penthouse apartment at the Watergate working together with Salo Levinas of Shinberg Levinas Architects.
The renovated apartment features elaborate custom-milled cherry moldings and exquisite custom cabinetry. Shortly after we completed work on the apartment, our client sold the unit to a neighbor who incorporated it into what would be become a 9,000 square foot apartment. We worked on numerous projects in the larger apartment, including the construction of a roof terrace under the direction of noted landscape architect Oehme, van Sweden.
