Our client purchased a unit in the Ontario Apartment Building, an eight story Beaux Arts inspired building with elaborate facades, entry halls and stairways.

While the public space in the building are eye catching, the existing apartment was dark and disorienting. Robert Gurney Architects designed a gut renovation that completely transformed the unit into a spare contemplative urban sanctuary.
