This remarkable condominium occupies a portion of a building in Dupont Circle originally built as a naval officer’s club in 1944.

Robert Gurney’s plan leaves the building’s roots well in the past in favor of a bold design that uses expansive panes of glass and a divergent palette of materials to create an elegant living space.
