Our clients worked with Amy Gardner and Brittany Williams of Gardner Architects to design a dramatic renovation and reconfiguration of the Coachhouse.

Originally  built between 1907 and 1911, the Coachhouse had originally served as a garage for an adjacent mansion. The building had been in our client’s family for decades and had been rented out for years as a simple and (very) small home. Gardner Architects designed a masterful urban home that stays true to the building’s humble roots while infusing the space with light and pizzazz
